((Second background story on YoungSaeng and JungMin, approximately half a year after their initial meeting!))

YoungSaeng checked his watch for what had to be the hundredth time.  Jungmin was supposed to be picking him up after school as he'd been doing regularly since they had first met.  He smiled to himself.  Their meeting was anything but normal, YoungSaeng having stopped Jungmin from burning a house down, only to help him when he suddenly learned of the fact that he was an Astral Projector like he himself was.  Usually shy around new people, he took to the eccentric pyrokinetic like a fish to water.

The loud ringing signalling the end of school couldn't have come sooner.  YoungSaeng packed up his bag and was out the door before his friends could blink.  Walking out the door, he looked around for Jungmin, not yet seeing him.  He didn't quite understand his eagerness to see the older man, but it had been building lately.  Shrugging it off, he continued to look for his friend.

JungMin darted through the streets, checking his watch with an inward sigh.  The amount of times he'd been jumped by various people had increased as of late, and dealing with the last bunch had made him horribly late to meet YoungSaeng.  He was usually always there at least ten minutes before class finished for his younger friend, but those thugs had refused to take 'back off' for an answer.  So he'd responded instead with the way he usually dealt with things; a flame-covered fist to the face.  Though he'd been trying to tone it down lately, because YoungSaeng didn't like it when he got violent.  He had no idea why he was trying to change so hard for the other, only that the disappointed looks on the others face hurt physically.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the city, a young man leaning against the building across from the school watched YoungSaeng walk around, red-tinted hair falling into dark eyes.  From afar, he looked the same as JungMin, though a bit taller and more muscular, though that fact was hidden under his jacket.  Playing with a small ball of flames between his fingertips, just like JungMin did at times when he was bored, he straightened and waited for YoungSaeng to notice him before turning and walking down one of the smaller side streets.

YoungSaeng sighed.  He'd been waiting and looking for Junmin for ten minutes already, but there was no sign of him.  It was an oddity, seeing as how the man was always there waiting whenever he got out.  It never failed to amaze him that Jungmin would even manage to meet him on half days without him ever saying a word about it.

The only downside was the playful teasing about Jungmin being his boyfriend by his friends.  The two weren't together, though he wouldn't deny the fact that he's thought about the man before.

Running a hand through his hair, he pulled out his phone to text Jungmin when a chill shot down his spine.  Stopping, he slowly began looking around, eyes falling on larger guy, hidden by shadow.  He closed his eyes for a second, and when they opened, the man was gone, but the feeling was still there.

The man waited for the other students to leave, and the area to become deserted once more.  He knew that the human boy would wait for JungMin, because that was what happened every day.  He also knew JungMin would be late, very late, because he himself had used his contacts within the gang to make sure his little brother wouldn't be arriving for several minutes.  That was all the time he needed, and more.  There was no reason for JungMin to suspect him; he would think it was simply bad luck.  And if he didn't suspect, he wouldn't rush here with such urgency.

He stepped out again when the other students had left, the ball of fire in his palm swollen to the side of a baseball.  Smirking, he walked up to the human, shifting the fire idly from one hand to the other.  His jacket sleeves weren't even rolled up, something that JungMin made sure to do each time he played with fire.  This man had the control that JungMin lacked; he didn't need to move his clothing, because the fire wouldn't touch it.

"Heo YoungSaeng, I presume?"  He questioned, deep voice pleasant.  But his eyes, hidden behind a curtain of hair, were dark and dangerous.

YoungSaeng jumped at the voice, but turned.  Before him was a man who bore a striking familiar resemblance to Jungmin, so he assumed that the man was indeed family...his elder brother.  His brain was sending off warning flares when he saw the ball of fire in the man's hand.  It was far more controlled than Jungmin's.

Scared and unsure of what to do, YoungSaeng slowly nodded.  "A-are you Jungmin's brother?" he asked, voice shaking a bit.

What the man didn't know was that YoungSaeng had dialed Jungmin's phone, the call connecting from within the pocket of the hoodie that Jungmin had gotten him for his birthday two days prior.

The man inclined his head slightly, smirk widening.  "I apologize for my younger sibling's...  Preoccupation.  I've wanted a chance to talk with you for a while now, but he's so clingy..."  The chuckle that came from his lips was nothing like JungMin's laughter.  While JungMin joked about being mentally unstable, and probably to some extent was, this man was much farther gone.

"I have had some trouble understanding what the brat could possibly see in a weak-willed human."  He held up the ball of fire, still at a distance from YoungSaeng, but close enough to feel the heat radiating from it.  "My little brother was quite happy working with me.  But as of late, he's been rather reluctant to take hits.  Now, why might this be...?"

Hearing his phone go off in his pocket, JungMin pulled it out and grinned; YoungSaeng's name was flashing across the display.  Answering, he was about to shout out a greeting when a voice other than YoungSaeng's floated through the line.  JungMin's throat closed; what was HE doing there?!?! Holding the phone pressed to his ear, the demon quickened his pace, breaking out into a full run.

The man's tone caught his attention immediately as he slowly backed up.  "What did you do...?" he murmured.  He was scared.  The man's voice was frightening enough, but the look in his eyes...Taking a deep breath, he continued, hoping that Jungmin had answered.  "I-I didn't do anything.  He wanted to change for himself.  I like him the way he is..."

The heat from the fireball was getting intense when mixed with the cold possessing his body.  If he had to, he'd fight fire with ice...

"Nothing really.  Just made it so little brother would have more on his mind than getting here on time."  He tilted his head slightly to one side, dark eyes observing the human who was backing up.  "What's wrong, YoungSaeng sshi?  Scared of a little fire?"

Suddenly the mans whole expression changed, becoming dangerous, and he pinched the fireball with his free hand, drawing out a thin string of fire between his index finger and thumb.  He lashed out at YoungSaeng with it, like a whip, the tip lengthening in the blink of an eye to cross the distance between them, brushing YoungSaeng's face.  He could do things with fire JungMin had never even tried.

"He never would have wanted to change if you hadn't influenced him," the man replied, voice level, but it was somehow more disorientating than if he had shouted.  "JungMin was content to live the way he is.  It's you, and your ridiculous ideology, messing with his life."

YoungSaeng's eyes opened wide.  "But he's your brother!  How can you treat him like that?!" he yelled.  A second later, he screamed as the fiery cord grazed his cheek.  He fell to the ground in shock, staring up at the man that basically held his life in his hands.

He couldn't stop shaking as the man talked, stalking closer as YoungSaeng crawled backward.  "What influence?  What ideology?!" he yelled.  "I was content with him the way he was!  I never asked him to change for me!  I don't want him to change for me...just himself.

The burn seared, pain intense.  So used to cold was he, that heat, especially a pyrokinetic's heat, could be excruciating for him.  Raising a trembling hand, YoungSaeng covered the mark with his hand, using his ice to actually freeze the skin.  Luckily, his mother was well versed in healing, though she rarely if ever used the ability, wanting her son to experience everything a normal child would.

"Sharing the same bloodline means nothing," The demon said, splitting the globe of fire into several smaller globes, balancing on his fingertips.  "What is 'family', really?  Family, to myself and JungMin, is like a personal hell."  He laughed.  "JungMin killed his own father, you know.  Tell me how a person like that, within a matter of weeks, could refuse to take out a hit on a man he'd never met and had no attachment to."

He crouched down beside YoungSaeng, gripping the collar of the others hoodie with his free hand.  "Whether you asked him to change or not, he has," JungMin's older brother spoke in a bare whisper.  "So I'm going to remove his attachment to you, for his own sake."  He flicked his fingers lightly, spilling red-hot embers on to the younger male.

Killed his own father.  Those were the words that ran through his mind, regardless of all the others being thrown at him.  "I-think he had a reason.  He enjoys life too much not to..." he reasoned, voice barely above a whisper.

He released a sharp yell when the man grabbed him by the collar of his hoodie, spilling hot embers onto his skin and clothes.  In order to protect himself. he allowed his power to wash over him, dropping his body temperature, eyes turning ice blue at the act.

'Jungmin, where are you?' he asked himself.

The older brother chuckled, repeating the action.  "He must not enjoy it that much, considering his profession," he mused, watching the emotions slipping across the others face.  He was going to enjoy taking this boy apart.  "There are more similarities between us siblings than you seem to think.  I bet he's never even shown you his true form."  JungMin had always appeared in his human form, and from how rarely his younger brother shifted into demon form he knew this boy had never seen who JungMin truly was.

Where were those stupid law-enforcers when he actually NEEDED them?  The jumps hadn't ended, but JungMin was not in the mood for niceties, blasting each and every one of them with an inferno if they got in his way.  He didn't care if he incinerated them where they stood, they were in his way, and he had to get to Saeng.  His brother would kill him for sure.  That couldn't...  He couldn't let Saeng die.  Not him.

Finally reaching the street where YoungSaeng's school stood, he darted around the corner and skidded to a stop, eyes wide.  His brother crouched over his younger friend, globes of fire dangerously close to the humans face.  Fear jolted through him, then was overrun by anger, the demon's eyes narrowing and shifting into red.  How DARE that man he called a 'brother' harm the only person who had ever been nice to him his entire life?

He was there in seconds, fire bursting into life around his hands as he tackled the older male off YoungSaeng, knocking him down and rolling off of him quickly, lashing out angrily with his fire.  His brother retaliated with a growl of annoyance, fire clashing with fire and knocking JungMin on to his back.

Swallowing harshly, YoungSaeng shook his head.  "N-no...H-he didn't want me to see it."  He could tell right away that Jungmin preferred being in human form.  He had asked once if he could see, but Jungmin found a way to change the subject.  "I won't force him to, either.  He didn't want to shift for a reason.  Who am I to make him?"

The fire was getting closer and closer when before he knew it, he was let go.  He looked around frantically before seeing Jungmin fighting his brother.  He wanted to help when he saw him go down.  Trying to think of a way, an idea came to him.  He would have to be careful, but he thought that he could do it.

Staggering to his feet, he tood a deep, shaky breath and slammed into the man, knocking him over.  Before he could respond, YoungSaeng wrapped his arms around him and dropped his skin temperature to absolute zero.  This was extremely risky to himself, but he wouldn't let him hurt Jungmin...

Not if there was anything that he could do to stop it.

JungMin winced, pushing himself back up into a crouching position quickly.  His brother was strong, much stronger than he was.  But he couldn't let that get in his way, YoungSaeng was in danger!  A human's body wasn't as resistant as a demon's; one good hit, and he could lose his only friend.

Suddenly YoungSaeng tackled his brother, catching the older male off-guard and knocking him off his feet.  At the sudden frigid touch, the demon howled in stinging pain; fire and ice got along about as well as fire and water did.  Fire burst from the elder brother's body to counter the cold, his entire form heating up like a red-hot poker.

JungMin's fist connected hard with the mans jaw, but something was different.  It was grey demon skin that hit, so much harder than human skin.  Crimson-red eyes narrowed dangerously, JungMin having taken advantage of YoungSaeng's distraction to shift into his stronger form.  Growling, the younger demon hit his brother again and pulled YoungSaeng off of him, knocking the distracted elder back to the ground.  He placed himself in front of YoungSaeng, anger spilling off of him in waves.

God, it was cold.  YoungSaeng had only ever heard of this attack in theory.  Absolute Zero would freeze blood in an instant, including his own if he wasn't careful.  It took a lot of energy to do, but he didn't care, refusing to let go even as the demon fought back, setting his entire body on fire.

Before he understood what had happened, he was behind Jungmin...or rather, Jungmin in his demonic form.  It was such an odd and frightening sight, but at the same time, there was something beautiful about it.  He felt Jungmin's anger roll off him.

Without dropping his guard. he slowly began to raise his temperature, eyes deepening from their white-blue color slowly back to normal.

Watching his older brother sit up, the fire around him fading enough that he could be seen, JungMin reached behind himself blindly with one hand, fingers brushing against YoungSaeng's.  He clasped the others hand, to reassure himself his friend was still there.  Stepping backwards slowly, he silently urged YoungSaeng to back up as well.  No way was he keeping him so close to his brother.  "Come near him and I'll tear your head off," he growled, none of his usual cheerful excitement present in his tone.  He didn't care if he wasn't as strong as his brother; no way was he going to let him hurt YoungSaeng.

"Then you better run, and keep running, little brother," the other replied, smirking.  "Associating with him will only bring you down, and make you weak."

"I'll still be strong enough to kick your ass."

"We'll have to see then, won't we?"  The older brother stood again, fire still dancing along his exposed skin as he brought his body temperature back up.  JungMin pulled on YoungSaeng's hand, moving him away without looking away from his brother.  "Lets go, quickly," he murmured to the other.  Until his body temperature was back up, his brother wouldn't be able to unleash an attack on them.  JungMin's fire was enough to stand up to him while he was like this.

YoungSaeng clenched both hands around Jungmin's larger one as he buried his face in the back of his shoulder as the brothers threatened each other.  He didn't think that he'd ever been more terrified in his entire life, but at least Jungmin was there.

Nodding at the suggestion to retreat, the two ran away.  YoungSaeng took one final glance over his shoulder and shivered at the look in those eyes.  When they were finally far enough away, YoungSaeng's legs gave out and he dropped to the ground, emotionally spent.

JungMin skidded to a stop again as YoungSaeng fell, eyes widening as he spun around and crouched next to the human boy.  His wings quivered behind him, doing the equivalent of what his arms usually did when he was panicking.  "Are you alright?  Did he hurt you? Oh gods, I'm so sorry, if I'd known he was going to be here I would have snuck you out of school somehow."  He quickly checked YoungSaeng's body for any injuries, running careful hands along the others arms and sides.

Now that they were out of danger and the adrenalin was wearing off, YoungSaeng was able to take everything in.  He lifted a shaking hand to the burn on his cheek before turning to meet Jungmin's eyes, tears escaping.

I-I-I think I'm okay..." he stuttered, voice barely audible.  He wasn't okay.  Far from it, actually.  Leaning forward, YoungSaeng buried his face in Jungmin's shirt, needing the older man's presence more than anything.

It hurt, to see tears slipping down his young friend's face.  YoungSaeng should never have to cry, he was far too precious.  JungMin wrapped his arms around the others shaking frame, holding him close.  Murmured apologies flooded from him, eyes shut tightly and fingers running through the human's soft hair, trying to calm him.

After a long moment of holding on to YoungSaeng tightly, the demon gently titled the others face up to look at the burn on his cheek.  Wincing, JungMin ducked down and brushed his lips lightly against the burn, as though he could make it disappear.  "I won't let him come near you again," he murmured against the other's soft skin, feeling hatred bubble up inside him again.

YoungSaeng stayed like that until his tears had run dry.  Jungmin's arms around him made him feel safer than he'd ever felt, and the fingers in his hair helped relax him.  A moment later, he felt Jungmin tilt his head upward as he took a look at the burn his brother had left.  It must look terrible, recalling freezing the wound to keep the burn from worsening.

He gasped, however, at the feel of the demon's lips against his skin, sending a different kind of shiver down his spine.  He'd never been kissed before with the exception of his parents, so he didn't know how to deal with the odd feeling fluttering away in his stomach.  Reaching up slowly, he brushed a bit of the demon's hair behind his ear.  "Thanks for saving me, Min."

JungMin closed his eyes momentarily as a gentle hand tucked a piece of hair out of the way, almost leaning into the others touch before opening his eyes again.  "You wouldn't have needed saving if my psychopath brother hadn't gotten it into his head to hurt you," he murmured, a pained look flickering in his eyes.  "It's because we're friends, it's all my fault that you're hurt."

He couldn't...  He couldn't let YoungSaeng be hurt again, never.  He was so special, he should never have to deal with any of the things JungMin was mixed up in.  And that included his family.  "I'm sorry, Saeng."  He kissed the human's burn again, relieved beyond measure his friend was alright.  The tightening feeling in his stomach lessened, hands running gently along the others back as he drew his large wings around them, sheltering the human in his arms.

"I don't care," he murmured.  "I don't care that I got hurt.  I can deal with it as long as you're my friend," he added, leaning into the demon's embrace, melting at the gentle hands running down his back.  "I know you, Min...please don't do anything stupid like stop being my friend to protect me, okay?  Just teach me how to be stronger."

JungMin didn't say anything, continuing to hold on to the young male in his arms.  He wondered at how YoungSaeng could say he knew him, when there had been several occasions where JungMin wouldn't answer his questions, or show him something, his demon form a good example.  And there was a lot he hadn't told him, hadn't even begun to bring up.

"Even if you're stronger, you won't be able to stop him," he said, wings quivering again as he looked down at YoungSaeng.  "He's very, very strong, today was lucky, next time...  Next time he might actually..."  He couldn't say it, the words choking and dying in his throat.  Dull fear crept up inside him, at the possibility he could lose this boy that meant so much to him...

Caught up in a rush of emotion, JungMin pressed his lips hard against the humans own, a sense of desperation running through him.  He couldn't lose him, not him.

YoungSaeng was caught off guard when Jungmin kissed him, yet could do nothing more than return the gesture.  Melting into the act, he sighed, slipping his arms around the demon's neck, his insides on fire with the feelings coursing through him.

That was his first true kiss, and he couldn't be happier than he was knowing that it was Jungmin.

Sinking into the kiss, JungMin held YoungSaeng as close as he could, one hand along the boys waist and the other supporting the back of his head, fingers threaded through the other's soft hair.  Slowly, the fear and unease that had prompted the action eased, very different emotions brought to the surface, and he thought he finally understood why he had become so attached to the human boy.

Eventually though, they needed air.  Breaking the kiss reluctantly, JungMin half-opened his eyes, glowing a deep red as he kissed YoungSaeng again.  "I won't let him take you away from me," he murmured against the other's lips, heart thudding in his ears.

Once Jungmin pulled away, YoungSaeng gasped, breath stolen by the older man.  He'd never in his life felt so...happy was too minute a word...complete.  He was aware that he must make such an odd sight, flushed and dissheveled, but he couldn't find it in himself to really care.  All that mattered right now was the man and his words.

Smiling gently, he nodded, leaning into the kiss.  "He can't take you either.  I don't know what I'd do without you anymore."  He paused before slowly lifting a hand to run down Jungmin's demonic skin in awe.  "Wow..."

JungMin smiled widely at the expression on YoungSaeng's face, relaxing and letting his eyes close again, energy spent for the moment.  Some part of him warmed at YoungSaeng's words, arms both wrapping around the others waist again.  Feeling a soft hand run along his grey skin, so much harder than it had been in his human form, he gave a content sigh.  "It doesn't scare you?"  He murmured absently, wings rustling slightly as he folded them behind his back again.

He had mixed feelings about his true form, since his father had always hated it when he took his human form, and when his father hated something it usually involved beatings.  He'd taken to avoiding his demon form as a result, and even now felt somewhat uncomfortable in his own skin.  The only think he liked about it was his wings, and flying.

YoungSaeng tilted his head in question.  "Why would it scare me?  It's part of you, isn't it?"  Leaning forward, he rested his head against the man's chest, around where his heart was.  "You don't scare me.  I think you're beautiful, actually."

JungMin laughed at that, running his fingers absently through the others hair again as he rested his cheek on top of the younger's head.  He wondered absently if YoungSaeng could hear his heart beating faster.  "What a silly human you are," he chuckled, tilting his head slightly to kiss the top of Saeng's head.  "Is your mom going to go all flying fury on me when she sees you like this?"  He questioned with a laugh, burying his face in the others hair and inhaling his scent.

He laughed lightly, snuggling into the embrace.  "Probably, but not once I tell her that you pretty much saved my life.  Plus, my mom's a healer, so that helps."

"Good, because something tells me I won't win that fight," he laughed, grinning widely.  Then after a moment his tone became serious again.  "Are you hurt anywhere else?" he questioned, running one hand along the other's arm again, feeling a guilty twinge at getting YoungSaeng involved.

"I think I'm okay," he replied.  YoungSaeng knew that he had felt embers and ash fall on him, but he didn't know if they left marks.  "I just know that I'll be exhausted for a couple days after that last trick," he explained.  "Dropping my body temp is dangerous to begin with, but to go to Absolute Zero...it was risky, but I couldn't let him hurt you..." he finished, averting his eyes.

His gaze became concerned again, brushing locks of hair out of the other male's face.  "You shouldn't have done that, he could have seriously hurt you," he said, frowning.  "Don't put yourself in danger like that..."  He pressed his lips lightly to YoungSaeng's forehead.  "I've gotten into worse scrapes than that, don't worry about me.  Take care of yourself."

"But I wanted to do something other than sit there scared out of my mind," YoungSaeng explained.  He hated that feeling.  He wanted to be strong enough to be able to fight back regardless of his fear rather than let it control him like it had.  "I know you probably have, but I haven't, so in my mind, that was pretty bad," he chuckled lightly.

JungMin chuckled softly.  "Alright then.  I'll show you how to fight better, so you don't have to resort to stunts like that.  But until you're better at it, try not to get involved alright?"  He tapped the boy's nose lightly, smiling.  "Do you think you're okay to move?  We should get away from the general area in case he's still around."  Drawing in a deep breath, he shifted back to his human form, wings vanishing inside him and skin regaining its color.

YoungSaeng nodded.  "I won't sit back and watch, but I won't resort to that, okay?"  His nose wrinkled as Jungmin tapped it.  "I'm gonna practice myself as well...I want to be able to use my abilities, too."  He looked at Jungmin as he gauged his energy level.  "Depends.  Do we have to go quickly?  Cuz if so, probably not," he replied, pouting slightly.

JungMin laughed.  "If you want, I can carry you," he teased, back to his normal self now that the scare was over.  Not exactly the same as before though.  He gave YoungSaeng another light kiss on the lips, enjoying the intimate contact.  He didn't say anything about it, or ask what they were exactly now, just going with it happily since the other hadn't given any sign of not liking the intimacy.  "I think we're far enough away that we don't have to rush, though..."

"As much as I like that idea, I can try walking for a little," he replied, leaning into the kiss.  Slowly, YoungSaeng stood up, wobbly at first, but soon regaining his balance, though still a bit unsteady.  "Thanks, though," he smiled.

JungMin stood up as well, one hand lightly against the other's arm in case he lost his balance and fell over.  Once YoungSaeng was up, he draped one arm around the others waist, to help hold him steady.  "How was school?" He questioned, poking the others cheek lightly as they started to walk.  "How was choir?"  The demon always asked tons of questions about YoungSaeng's day, wanting to know exactly what went on in the other's life.  He found it fascinating.

YoungSaeng leaned into Jungmin.  It felt different now, but definitely not in a bad way.  "School was as boring as it always is," he sighed.  "But choir was awesome.  It's seriously the only good thing about school..." he murmured, chuckling.  He didn't mind the topic change...not one bit.

"So what did you sing today?  Sing it for me?"  JungMin loved hearing YoungSaeng sing, often requesting reenactments of whatever he did in choir that day.  Sometimes he would sing along, but his deep voice sounded nothing like YoungSaeng's, and he'd much rather listen than sing himself.  "Can I visit your choir class tomorrow?  Or will the teacher kick me out?"  He pouted slightly.

YoungSaeng laughed and nodded as he began to sing his solo, something that Jungmin asked frequently.  He always complied, enjoying the reaction the older man had for his singing.  "Yes, you can come.  The only reason she threw you out last time was because you set a notebook on fire," he chuckled at the memory.

JungMin fell silent as YoungSaeng sang his solo, enjoying the way the other's voice flowed through the air around them, so mesmerizing.  Saeng's singing never failed to quiet the loud male, typically leaving him speechless for a while afterwards no matter how many times he'd listened to the other sing.  A smile formed on his lips as he steered them absently through the streets back towards YoungSaeng's house, attention on the song flowing from the younger's lips.

"Amazing!"  He exclaimed when YoungSaeng finished, eyes bright again.  "You're a really, really good singer Saengie!"  He poked the others cheek again, grinning so his eyes formed crescent moons.  "And I'll be good this time~, promise!  There was nothing really important in the notebook anyways..."  He pouted, finding it hard to sit still for long periods of time without playing with his fire.  He was always quiet when YoungSaeng was the one singing, but he couldn't say the other kids had his friend's talented voice.

Blushing, YoungSaeng let out a quiet laugh. "You say that every time, Min, but thanks."  At Jungmin's statement, he replied.  "No.  It was just the test we were supposed to take.  And thanks to you, we didn't have to take it, so you were kind of my hero."

"Like I said, nothing important," He quipped cheerfully.  YoungSaeng didn't need a test in his opinion, he should just get A++ right off the bat.  "And if I get to be your hero, I should burn up test papers more often," JungMin laughed, happy to hear the other say that.  He was really no one's hero, but if YoungSaeng thought so even for a small fraction of time then he was happy.

"You really are, you know," YoungSaeng said quietly, smiling as he stopped.  "Thanks for getting there before anything happened, Min."

"I'm no hero," he said with a soft chuckle, an almost bitter edge appearing for a moment before vanishing again.  "I should have gotten there before my jackass of a brother.  If I'd known he was there, I wouldn't have bothered to play nicely with the idiots who decided today was the perfect day to pick a fight."  He'd guessed his brother had set them up, and only wished he'd known that beforehand.

"I don't care when you got there.  It's the fact that you DID get there."  Pausing slightly, he leaned up and kissed the man, the first initiated by him.

JungMin blinked in surprise when YoungSaeng kissed him, his gaze softening before he closed his eyes. The demon wrapped both arms around the younger male's waist, kissing him back.  The human's lips tasted sweet, he couldn't help but be addicted to it.  And the fact that YoungSaeng had started the kiss meant that, whatever this feeling was, it was returned, right?  Knowing that, it felt warm.

YoungSaeng sighed, relaxing into the kiss.  When he had met Jungmin, he had barely thought they'd be friends until it happened.  Now they were something more, though it was undefined as of yet what they were exactly.

JungMin lifted one hand slowly, running fingers through YoungSaeng's hair.  He didn't move to deepen the kiss, content with the gentle innocence he could feel through it.  It was the most amazing feeling he'd ever had, knowing that he meant something to this kind person.  When the kiss finally had to be broken, he lingered for a moment more, lips just barely touching before he lifted his head to kiss the boy's forehead, holding him close.  "What did I ever do to deserve someone like you," he chuckled against the other's soft skin, resting their foreheads together after a moment.

"I guess you just got lucky," YoungSaeng teased quietly, brushing his lips against Jungmin's quickly before chuckling.  There was something in the way the pyrokinetic looked at him that sent chills down his spine and flooded him with warmth.  "So...what now?" he asked.

JungMin laughed at that, catching the others lips again before moving his head far enough back so he could look at the other properly.  "Hm, well, we should probably get your mom to look at that burn," he said, brushing locks of hair out of the other's eyes.  "After that, if she'll let you back out of the house...  Want to try that flying theory?" He questioned, eyes bright.

"I am NOT looking forward to my mom's reaction to this..." he whined playfully as Jungmin brushed his hair from his eyes.  They then widened at the suggestion.  "Oh my God, are you serious?!?!"

Laughing, JungMin tapped the boy's nose lightly.  "I wouldn't suggest it if I wasn't serious," he teased.  "But your mom has to let you back out of the house, which I'm not quite sure she'll do once she sees that burn."  He wasn't all too sure he'd be allowed back IN the house either, but he figured they'd get to that later.  "And only if you want to~."

YoungSaeng smiled brightly, practically bouncing in excitement.  "YES!  Yes, I wanna try flying!" he exclaimed.  "My mom and dad will let you in and me out once I tell them what happened."

JungMin grinned, messing up the other male's hair slightly.  "Then lets get that settled so we can go flying!" He exclaimed happily, back to his usual self now that YoungSaeng was sure he'd be forgiven by the parents.  He wrapped one arm around the others waist again, starting to walk.  "It'll be fun!  I mean, I can't take you up TOO high cause humans can't really breathe the higher air, but you can get a great view!  Maybe if we time it properly, you can see the sunset too!  It's really cool up there, the sky's all these weird colors, and—" He kept right on rambling, excited by the idea of bringing the younger male up into the sky.

YoungSaeng couldn't stop the happiness from lighting up his face.  He'd always wondered what it was like to fly, and here Jungmin was, offering to show him.  "I really want to see the sunset," he replied, smiling softly.  "It's probably gorgeous."

JungMin nodded enthusiastically, grinning from ear to ear.  "It is, it is."  He watched YoungSaeng's face, overjoyed to see such happiness.  "So we'll go up just before sunset then.  And the city's really nice at night too, on top of all those lights."

"God, it sounds amazing..." he said, laughing inwardly at how cute Jungmin was, all excited.  "I can't wait!"

JungMin laughed, content.  Seeing they were just about at YoungSaeng's house, he tilted the others head slightly and stole another quick kiss, grinning as he released him.  "Time to face the music," he commented with a chuckle, looking up at the house ahead.

Taking a deep breath, YoungSaeng walked up to the door, taking Jungmin's hand in his own before opening the door.

"Umma?  Are you home?" he asked hesitantly.  A moment later, the woman walked out of the kitchen.  She was about to speak when she saw her son's cheek.  "Oh God.  YoungSaeng, what happened?!" she shouted, running over to inspect the frozen burn.  Without giving him a chance to respond, she pulled him over to the couch and had him sit down while she sat beside him and began healing the wound.

JungMin followed YoungSaeng inside, holding on to his hand nervously.  Despite his confidence of mere seconds ago, he was very worried about the other's parent's reactions.  Though more comfortable around them than he had been that first day, parents in general were still unknown to him, and he wasn't quite sure what to do in this kind of situation.

When the mother pulled YoungSaeng over to the couch, JungMin let go of the others hand but still followed, crouching down hesitantly beside YoungSaeng (and leaving what he deemed a safe distance between himself and the mother).  He watched her heal the wound, his hand finding YoungSaeng's again after a moment, fingers curling around the others own.

After a few minutes, the burn slowly faded until there wasn't a single mark.  "Thanks, Umma," he said quietly.

"Saeng, what happened?  Are you okay?" she asked, concerned.

He nodded.  "I'm fine, thanks to Min.  He pretty much saved my life," he explained, tightening his hold.

JungMin shifted nervously, trying to decide how much to say.  He didn't feel comfortable lying to the other's parents; omitting that he dealt with gangs and whatnot had been bad enough.  And if YoungSaeng hadn't been his friend, none of this would have happened.  So it was still his fault, no matter how YoungSaeng might say it wasn't.

He'd rather just say what had happened rather than have the mother pick up on the waves of guilt surrounding him and draw her own conclusions.

"It was a relative of mine," he murmured quietly, eyes focused on his and Saeng's joined hands rather than look at her.  "He was...  Angry, that YoungSaeng and I are friends.  I'm sorry for Saeng's injury."  He bowed his head slightly, thumb running across the back of YoungSaeng's hand absently.

She looked between her son and his friend before looking down, noticing their hands.  "Jungmin sweetie, my son has abilities that not a lot of people have.  It's bound to happen that he'll get into a fight.  Before he met you, he was a very quiet and shy boy, though you've managed to bring out another side of him."  She paused.  "You helped him and went against your family to do so, so thank you.  I'm sure it's quite difficult to go against your gang, especially when your brother is in it as well."

YoungSaeng's eyes went to her.  "You knew?  And you don't mind?"

"I mind, but more in the way that I worry about you both."

JungMin finally looked up at her when she revealed she'd known all along of his occupation, wondering how she'd found out.  He'd heard about mothers intuition and all that, but wasn't knowing the details of it all a bit overboard?  But she didn't know everything that went through his head if she thought it was a difficult choice to go against his brother. It was a no-brainer actually; his brother had never done anything for him really, aside from give him a place to stay, and that could change at any moment.  When he compared that to the boy who'd shown him genuine kindness, and helped him out when he was panicking, it was easy to see who he'd pick.

"My family never did anything for me," JungMin murmured quietly, fingers twining around YoungSaeng's.  "I would choose Saeng over them any day."  He was glad that he didn't seem to be in trouble at least.

"Honey, it doesn't matter to me if you serve the head of the wicked gang.  You saved my baby, and for that, you have my gratitude, along with a place to stay if you'd like," she stated, taking the pair's linked hands in her own.

JungMin chuckled softly at that.  "It's okay, I don't want to intrude."  He didn't quite fit in here, he felt.  With his bad family experiences, no matter how nice it felt to be welcome here, it was strange at the same time.  He couldn't look at this happy family without recalling he'd never really known one parent, and the other's blood stained his hands.  He felt like an intruder, something dangerous.

He'd sneak back into the apartment he shared with his brother while the other was out, and get his belongings and the money he'd been saving up.  Then he'd find somewhere else to stay.  He'd probably have to work harder to pay for it, but it was better than staying under the same roof as his brother.

YoungSaeng looked at Jungmin.  "Are you sure?  You can stay here if you want.  We have a spare room."  He paused.  "I don't want that bastard to hurt you."

JungMin smiled brightly.  "Don't worry, I won't let him come anywhere near me," he said cheerfully, poking the other's cheek in an attempt to lighten the mood.  "I'll be fine.  Thanks for the offer though."  It was nice to think someone was worried about him.  But really, he could hold his own.  And if his brother decided to kill him, well, he was going to take the other down with him.

"I'm gonna hold you to that..." he murmured.

JungMin laughed, wrapping his free arm around YoungSaeng in a light hug.  "Okay, that's enough gloom and doom for one day," he said with a grin, releasing the younger from the hug (but he never once let go of his hand).  "Umma, can I bring Saeng out again later?  I'll keep him safe," he said, looking over at YoungSaeng's mother with a bright smile.

She had to laugh at the boy's eagerness.  "I know you will, Honey, and of course you can.  Just make sure he's home at the normal time.  He has school in the morning."

YoungSaeng groaned.  "Why do you have to remind me about that, Umma?" he whined.  Sighing, he leaned against Jungmin's side.

JungMin grinned widely.  "Of course!"  He said with a laugh, automatically shifting slightly so that Saeng could lean against him more comfortably.  He let go of Saeng's hand in favor of wrapping one arm around the younger male's shoulders, resting his head lightly against the others.  He'd always been very into skinship, often hugging the younger or holding on to him, but now there was extra meaning behind it, a more gentle overtone.

Eventually though he bounced right back up, grabbing Saeng's hands and tugging playfully.  "Can we go to your room?" He questioned, eyes bright.

YoungSaeng smiled and adjusted himself, sighing in contentment at the new position.  He always enjoyed the closeness he hand Jungmin shared, but the new layer to their relationship made it all the more intimate.

A squeak slipped out as Jungmin moved suddenly.  Blinking, he nodded and allowed Jungmin to pull him to his feet.

JungMin grinned and pulled YoungSaeng along, by now having memorized practically the entire house.  Practically the second they were out of the mother's sight, he pulled the younger closer and pecked him lightly on the lips, wrapping one arm around his waist and pulling him into his room.  "It doesn't hurt anymore?"  He questioned, poking YoungSaeng's cheek away from where the burn had been.

YoungSaeng smiled softly.  "Nope.  My mother is great at what she does.  The only reason it was as bad as it was is that I have a pretty low tolerance for heat since I'm so acclimated to the cold," he explained.  Leaning forward, he kissed Jungmin, enjoying the feelings flowing through him.

JungMin chuckled softly.  "It's the opposite for me and my brother, as you saw.  Anything cold is like a shock to the system."  Hence the sudden separation from the body when he and Saeng had first met.

When Saeng kissed him, JungMin gave a soft noise of approval and kissed him back, arms wrapping around the other's small waist and pulling him close.  "I'll be careful not to play with fire around you then," he murmured with a chuckle into the kiss, playfully nipping lightly on YoungSaeng's soft lower lip.

Releasing a soft moan mixed with a sound that he refused to admit was a giggle at the teasing, YoungSaeng parted his lips, accepting Jungmin.

JungMin took advantage of the other's acceptance, deepening the kiss and lifting one hand from Saeng's waist to weave his fingers through his hair, supporting the back of his head.  He ran his tongue lightly along the younger's, pushing playfully.  His movements were very gentle, as if he were afraid of scaring YoungSaeng away by doing something too sudden.  Saeng was very special to him, and whatever this was, he didn't want to mess it up by either moving too fast or being too rough.

YoungSaeng melted against the demon, thankful for the arm around his waist, seeing as it was all that was holding him up at the moment. His heart fluttered at the amount of care Jungmin seemed to be showing him.  He knew that the older man wasn't used to being so careful, but he appreciated it and added a bit more pressure, showing him that it would be okay to be a bit less gentle if he wanted.

JungMin smiled faintly into the kiss, eyes closed as he deepened it even more, exploring the inside of YoungSaeng's mouth.  The human was like a drug, it was amazing.  The hand against the back of his head slipped to one side to cup his face lightly, thumb stroking his cheek.  He pulled back slightly to kiss the corners of Saeng's lips, and let the other breathe for a moment before returning.

YoungSaeng loved the feelings.  He simply couldn't get enough of the man.  Once the kiss ended, YoungSaeng relaxed with a sigh, head resting against Jungmin's chest.  "Min, what now?" he asked suddenly.  "What are we now?"  He knew what he hoped would be the answer, but wanted to hear the other man's opinion.

JungMin ran his fingers lightly through the boy's hair, resting his chin against the top of Saeng's head.  He didn't reply to the question right away, eyes closed as he memorized how it felt to have the human in his arms.  He'd never been one to give himself to relationships, whether it be family, friends or love.  He wasn't sure if he knew what to do, or if he'd just end up hurting this amazing person.  But he didn't want to hurt him...  That must count for something, right?

"Whatever you want us to be," he said finally with a soft chuckle, kissing the top of Saeng's head.  "I want to be with you."  A laugh left him, but it was a little unsteady now.  "I'm.  I'm not good, with relationships or things like that.  I don't really know what to do.  But, I want to try."  He buried his face in those soft locks of hair, inhaling deeply.  "I really do.  I just don't want to mess this up."

YoungSaeng smiled softly.  "Same here.  I mean, I'm only sixteen, and you're the one who gave me my first kiss," he chuckled before sobering a bit.  "I've never had a girlfriend, let alone a boyfriend, but I know that I wanna be with you, too.  You're a breath of fresh air and I like being with you," he explained.  "Does that make any sense?"

JungMin chuckled softly into the human's hair.  He'd had kisses before, plenty of them, but he didn't really count them because there had been nothing there, no real feelings to speak of.  "It makes sense.  Feels the same for me."  He lifted his head slightly, looking down at the boy in his arms.  "So, can I call you my boyfriend?" He questioned, tilting the other's face up lightly.

Looking up, he smiled brightly before nodding.

JungMin grinned widely, catching the other's lips in a kiss again.  "Fantastic," he said with a laugh, feeling joy racing through his body.  He wrapped his arms around Saeng's waist again, spinning around in a circle before falling back onto the other's bed, laughing.

YoungSaeng yelped as he was picked up and spun around, only to fall on top of Jungmin as they dropped onto his bed.  The older man was laughing without a care in the world, and it made him smile at how carefree the sound was.

JungMin grinned up at the younger male, holding him tightly and kissing his forehead lightly.  "So when do you want to go flying?"  He questioned, chuckling softly.  "I can't wait, it'll be so much fun!  But we'll need to start from a high building, cause I need to get the wind under my wings, so you'll have to trust me."  He poked the other's cheek lightly.

YoungSaeng shot up at the question.  "Flying?!  Can we go now?!  Please, Min please?!?!" he begged, eyes huge and begging.

JungMin laughed, messing up Saeng's hair with one hand.  "Alright, alright!"  He pushed himself into a seated position, pulling YoungSaeng into his lap to kiss him again.  "You sure you're alright with it?"  He questioned, poking the other's nose.  "It'll be scary at first.  I mean like falling off a building scary.  But it'll only last a moment."

YoungSaeng smiled,  "Couldn't be any scarier than a pyrokinetic psychopathic demon trying to kill me, right?  Plus, you'll be there, so I'll be fine," he replied, kissing him.

JungMin laughed, kissing him again, a protective edge to it as he wrapped his arms around the others body.  He was never letting his brother near his boyfriend ever again.  Standing up, he  slipped one arm down to Saeng's waist.  "Lets go then?"  He questioned, eyes bright.  "By the time we get in the air, we might be able to see the sun set."

YoungSaeng could barely hold himself back from bouncing up and down.  He couldn't wait to go flying with Jungmin, and kissed him hard before moving, pulling the demon out of his room.

A wide grin spread on his lips again as YoungSaeng kissed him before pulled him out of the room.  He followed happily, hand resting against the other's hip, a warm feeling of contentment inside him.  It was amazing how much just being around the human made him feel wanted, maybe even needed.  Without any concern for any parents around, he brushed his lips lightly against the boy's cheek, feeling the emotion spread with such a simple action.  He wasn't going to mess this up.

He grinned as he felt the lips against his cheek and just continued pulling him out the door.  He did, however tighten his hold on the other's hand.  "So where're we going?"

When they were out, JungMin pulled the other towards downtown.  "To one of the taller buildings, downtown," he said, laughing.  Well away from the dangerous section, of course.  "We could just start here but since I'll be carrying you I need time to get the wind under my wings."  He'd learnt the hard way, when carrying objects above a certain weight it was best to not start on the ground.  Unless you liked faceplanting.  His brother never let him forget that one.

"Did something happen before, or something?" YoungSaeng asked, finally falling into step with Jungmin, hand firmly entwined with the other's.  "I trust you, so don't worry, okay?"

JungMin chuckled.  "I tried to carry something heavy and faceplanted, but other than that no.  You figure out how things work pretty fast."  He squeezed YoungSaeng's hand lightly, grinning.  No one ever said they trusted him before.

YoungSaeng snickered at hearing about the faceplant, squeezing the hand in his.  "Kinda wish I could've seen that..."

JungMin grinned widely.  "I'm glad you didn't.  As it was, the people who DID see it are never going to let me live it down, nevermind that I was only 14..."  His wings had still been rather weak back then, and he hadn't flown for a while beforehand.

YoungSaeng blinked.  "I was only twelve...I'm pretty sure I was freezing everything I touched at that point.  I had to wear gloves when I was younger," he explained.

JungMin laughed.  "Really?  Thank god you don't do that anymore, or I'd be a permanent ice cube."  He grinned.  "When did your ice powers first come out?"

"It was on my tenth birthday.  My friend was skating and was heading near the river.  He didn't know how to swim, and I panicked.  Suddenly, he was sitting on an iced over river," he explained.  "I'm pretty sure that I passed out afterward, too," he added, laughing at the memory.

A soft chuckle left his lips.  "Good thing for your friend you were there."  Doing the mental math, he grinned.  "That means our powers came up near the same time!  I got mine when I was twelve.  I didn't pass out though."  Instead, he'd proceeded to burn the house down, his father along with it.

"We all know how you learned about Astral Projection..." YoungSaeng teased, sticking his tongue out playfully.

JungMin laughed, tweaking the end of the boy's nose lightly.  "Yes, yes, we all know about that," He said with a chuckle.  "In my defense, the water was COLD," he pouted at the younger.

"That was the point, Min," he retorted, wrapping his arms around the older man's neck.  "I was trying to put out a fire a certain pyro started."

JungMin wrapped his arm around the other's waist in response, grinning widely.  "Got a bit more than you bargained for, didn't you?"  He chuckled, leaning over to brush his lips against the boy's temple.

"A bit, but I'm definitely not complaining," YoungSaeng replied, smiling.

JungMin smiled, dipping his head slightly to kiss the corner of YoungSaeng's lips.  "Good, cause you're stuck with me now," he said with a laugh, steering the other through the streets towards a building he knew was tall enough, and relatively easy to get into.  Most of the staircases were locked against intruders, but JungMin was very good at getting through those.  If he couldn't pick the lock, he'd melt it right off.

YoungSaeng followed Jungmin up to a tall building that appeared to be perfect for what they were planning to do.  The sun was slowly preparing to set, so they seemed to arrive just in time.

He tilted his head and watched as his boyfriend began to pick the lock.  "Can you teach me how to do that?" he asked, tugging cutely on Jungmin's shirt.

JungMin laughed softly, crouched down beside the lock and working with the two small paperclips he'd slipped inside the hole.  "Sure, it takes a bit of work, but it's easy enough to learn.  Especially if the locks are horrible."  After a bit of tinkering, the door unlocked with a click.  Pulling out the paperclips and stowing them in one pocket, he opened the door and slipped inside, holding it for YoungSaeng.

"What are you planning to get into?"  He teased lightly.

YoungSaeng watched closely as Jungmin got the door open and smiled sweetly as he held it open.  "Such a gentleman," he teased as he waled inside and waited for the older man.

"Nothing yet, but I wanna learn, I guess."

"Pfft, me, gentleman?  Is your head screwed on right?"  He joked, grinning widely as he shut the door behind them.  The staircase was dark, only faint light from a few windows higher up lighting it.  There was no one in sight, which was good, since he wasn't looking for a fight while Saeng was with him.

"What else do you want to learn?  Without your parents knowing, I assume?"  He chuckled softly, taking YoungSaeng's hand and twining their fingers together, pulling the human along up the stairs.

Pouting, he nudged Jungmin with his hip before looking around the empty building until the pyrokinetic took his hand and entwined their fingers.  "I don't know...what're you willing to teach me?" he asked, tightening the hold.

"Hm...  Anything you want," he replied easily, walking up the stairs.  "How to fight, about the different gangs..."  He actually didn't know much when he thought about it, other than how to fight.  He hadn't really cared about learning anything, nor what kind of future he wanted to have.  "Though maybe it's not such a good idea for you to know about such things," he chuckled, ruffling the human's hair playfully with one hand.  "Why ARE you so interested, anyways?"

As he was led up the many floors, he thought about the question.  "I've always been curious about the gangs.  My parents are really protective of me since I'm their only child, but I've always thought that knowing about the gangs and how to fight would help me if something were to happen, you know?" he explained.

JungMin laughed.  "I guess it does help.  But if you ever see a fight, you run first, alright?"  He chuckled.  "It's better for you to not be mixed up in all that.  But, if you have to fight, I'll teach you all sorts of ways to make them run away with their tails between their legs."

When they reached the top, JungMin tried the door, to find it was locked too.  "Figures.  Not that it actually does much good."  He crouched down beside it, peeking into the hole for a moment before grinning, pulling out his paperclips and holding them out to YoungSaeng.  "Want to give it a shot?"

"Well, I wasn't planning on going all action star on them or anything," he laughed.  "I can't wait, though!"

YoungSaeng blinked as Jungmin held out the impromptu lockpick tools to him.  "A-Are you...seriously?" he asked, slowly taking them.  He paused for a moment before crouching down in front of the door.

With a look to Jungmin, he returned his attention toward the lock and repeated his boyfriend's actions, worrying his lower lip in concentration.

JungMin laughed.  "Well, you wanted to learn, right?  You need hands-on experience for stuff like this."  He watched YoungSaeng try to pick the lock, grinning.  "The trick is, there's a small spot at the top and the bottom of the lock that, if you push in and turn a little at the same time, will unlock it.  It's sometimes a bit tricky to find, but on generic locks like this they're usually to the back."

Nodding at the information, YoungSaeng, with gentleness and precision, did as Jungmin instructed.  After a moment, he heard the lock disengage.  Smiling brightly, he jumped to his feet and threw his arms around Jungmin in excitement.

"Oh my God!  That was awesome!"

JungMin laughed as YoungSaeng gave him a rather excited hug.  "You did great," he chuckled, kissing the human lightly on the lips.  "Wait, I'll show you how to get into trickier locks, then we'll really have some fun."  He opened the door, a breeze blowing in from outside.  "Last chance to back out," he teased, grinning at the other.

"Can't wait!" He leaned into the kiss before smiling.  "I may not look it, but I enjoy taking risks."

"I see that," he chuckled, wrapping his arms tightly around the younger for a moment before letting go, walking out on to the rooftop and walking straight to the edge, glancing around to make sure there wasn't a fight breaking out right below them.  Seeing everything still looking clear, he walked back to YoungSaeng, noting the direction of the wind and how strong it was.  Shouldn't be too difficult.  "Ready?"  He questioned.  Shifting back into his demon form, he let his wings unfold completely behind him, stretching out the muscles.  Since there were already two holes in the back of his shirt from suddenly shifting earlier today, there was little resistance.

YoungSaeng watched on as Jungmin shifted to his demonic form.  The tinted iron strong skin was odd, yet beautiful.  "Yeah, I am.  What do I do?" he asked, running long fingers along the man's arm softly.

JungMin's lips curled upwards into a smile as YoungSaeng ran one hand along his arm, the light pressure barely noticeable.  "Well, you don't really have to do much of anything.  The only way for me to carry you is like this."  He stepped forward, quickly scooping the human into his arms with a laugh.  "There's no room for you up between my wings, so this is really the only way."  He adjusted his grip on the other so one arm was under the human's knees, the other supporting his back.  YoungSaeng wasn't that heavy, he could carry him like this easily.  He'd definitely carried heavier.  Even so, the extra height would be needed because no matter how light he found Saeng, his wings would still need to work twice as hard to keep them airborne.  "Ready now~?"

YoungSaeng squeaked as Jungmin picked him up as if he weighed nothing at all.  Wrapping his arms around the demon's neck, he shifted to get comfortable and get into a position that would be comfortable for Jungmin as well.

"Ready as I'll ever be," he replied, leaning up to kiss Jungmin before securing his hold.

JungMin kissed him back, enjoying the feeling of YoungSaeng in his arms like this.  "Just don't strangle me," he joked, brushing his lips against the other's forehead lightly before straightening.  Giving a few experimental flaps of his wings, he noted the resistance that hadn't been there before.  This was going to be fun.

"Here we go!"  He started at a light run towards the edge of the roof, wings unfolding to their full length to catch the wind.  Gathering speed, he jumped up onto the ledge and over.

They dropped at first, wings working against gravity to bring them back up.  The speed at which they fell decreased, and then they weren't falling at all, but lifting higher as JungMin darted around the buildings, laughing.  His wings strained to hold them up, but he'd done much worse, and it wasn't long before they pulled over the buildings, JungMin careful not to go so high that YoungSaeng would have trouble breathing.

The moment Jungmin jumped, YoungSaeng clung to him and screamed, yet not from fright.    The feeling of falling was an adrenaline rush, and he found himself loving every second of it.  It wasn't long before the two were in the air.

Opening his eyes, YoungSaeng's face showed his amazement.  "Min, this is awesome~!"

Grinning widely, JungMin laughed again, bringing them up high then just gliding around, sometimes switching directions to bring them over different areas of the city.  "I told you flying was great," he said with a chuckle, glancing down at YoungSaeng's face.  The look on the others face made everything worth it.

Spinning them around to face the sunset, he laughed.  "Careful not to look straight at it for too long~," he said, grinning.

He was about to say something back when he saw the sunset.  The deepening colors and closing darkness stunned him into silence.  "It's beautiful," YoungSaeng murmured, leaning into Jungmin contently.

JungMin chuckled, resting his head lightly against YoungSaeng's with a smile.  He didn't say anything, watching the sunset with YoungSaeng while he glided over the city, wings beating against the air and the wind blowing against his face.  "We can come up here and see it whenever you want," he said finally with a laugh.  It felt like they were in a completely different world, apart from everything else.  He loved the feeling, even more so when Saeng was with him than when he was alone.

"Definitely..." he replied quietly, completely at ease in Jungmin's arms so high above the world.  He wasn't sure how the other man did it, but absolutely nothing felt the same with Jungmin...it was all better and held more feeling.

When they reached the outskirts of Seoul, JungMin wheeled them around to drift along around the edge of the city, occasionally dipping down to fly between the buildings rather than over.  He didn't speak for a long time, just enjoying the comfortable silence between them and the warmth of the human against his body compared to the chill the wind brought.  "Are you getting cold?"  He questioned, bringing them above the buildings again and out past the edge of the city, searching for the river he knew was just beyond the city's boundaries.

YoungSaeng smiled at the concerned question.  "I'm fine.  My body runs colder than most, but thank you, Min," he whispered, cuddling even closer, eyes closing.

JungMin laughed.  "Right, I forgot.  You're the iceman, cold isn't a problem."  His tone was light and teasing, as he dipped his head to brush his lips lightly against YoungSaeng's for a moment before lifting it again, needing to keep an eye on where he was going.  Spotting the river, he glided down lower, wheeling around until he was flying directly above it.

Once he was low enough to be able to feel the light flecks of water against his iron-hard skin, he kissed YoungSaeng's temple lightly.  "Take a look where we are now," he chuckled.

Opening his eyes, he looked down and gasped at the water, highlighted by the moonlight.  Looking closer, he was able to see their reflections in the water.  "Is this really what I look like when I'm with you?" he asked, amazed at the peace in his features.

The demon nodded, grinning.  "Yup.  Aren't you beautiful?"  He chuckled softly, following the river as it ran alongside the city.  He dropped down lower, carefully, as low as he could get without dipping his wings in the water.  "The water here is clean," he noted.  "Much cleaner than some of the water elsewhere.  It probably gets cleaner the farther away from the city you get.  One day, wouldn't it be fun to go on a trip somewhere for the day?  Out of the city."

He blushed at the compliment.  "If I am, it's only because of you," he replied.  Nodding at Jungmin's question, he smiled.  "Yeah, it would be.  My parents love you, so I doubt they'd say no to doing it sometime."

JungMin chuckled.  "I find that funny, though...  That your parents like me so much.  It's strange."  When they reached the bend in the river that lead away from the city, he pulled up again and back towards the city, gaining height gradually.  "Is there something you want to see?"

"Well I, for one, am glad that they like you.  It means that I can see you whenever I want."  He shook his head at the question.  "I wanted to see the sunset with you, and now I have."

"I'm glad too," he said with a grin.  "Not looking forward to sneaking around a mom as intuitive as yours."  He brought them back towards Saeng's house, flapping his wings idly.  "Want to head back then?  You do have school tomorrow~," he said with a laugh, teasing the other.

"Shut up..." he mumbled, smile slipping onto his face.  He paused before asking, "Will...um, will you stay?"

JungMin was quiet for a moment.  "I don't know.  Do you want me to?"  He laughed quietly.  "I won't stay to live with your family all the time, that's too imposing on you.  I'll probably sneak back into my brother's apartment when he isn't there, grab my stuff and find somewhere else to go.  Don't worry, I'm not staying with him anymore."

"I know that, and I know that I can't change your mind.  I just meant tonight," he explained quietly.  In truth, he was worried about Jungmin going back there, but there was nothing he could do but believe in the man.

A light smile formed on his lips.  "I can stay if you want me to," he said.  "And if your parents don't mind, of course.  Tomorrow, you want me to pick you up at the school again?  I'll be there on time this time," he said, chuckling.  Dipping low over the streets, he located YoungSaeng's house and started to slow down, going lower.  He straightened his body at the last moment, beating hard with his wings and touching down, slowing to a stop more-or-less in front of YoungSaeng's house.  He set the human down carefully.

"They won't mind, and of course I do."  He laughed gently, leading the older man into the house.  "At least now the teasing isn't teasing anymore."

JungMin followed him, shifting back into his human form once he'd folded his somewhat sore wings up behind him.  "Do you think your mom's guessed we're together?"  He questioned with a laugh.  "Or should I kiss you in front of them?"  He poked the others side playfully, grinning.  He had a feeling the other's parents wouldn't mind, not by how they acted.

"I'm sure she knows, which means my dad does, too," he replied.  Stopping right before the living room, he smirked and leaned against the wall.  "But if you think you should kiss me in front of them, I definitely won't stop you," he teased, sticking his tongue out playfully.

JungMin chuckled, lips curling upward slightly.  "Is that a challenge?"  He questioned, leaning against the wall with one arm above YoungSaeng's head, stepping close to him.  He leaned forward and brushed his lips against the humans, arms on either side of him, stopping him from moving.

Smiling into the kiss, YoungSaeng sighed happily.  "Depends.  You up for it?" he asked, lips brushing over Jungmin's own.

"I'm always up for a challenge," he murmured, pressing his lips hard against the other's own, deepening the kiss.  He honestly didn't care who saw them, he was firmly in love with this boy and no one, especially not parents or brothers, was going to stop him from continuing to love this wonderful person.  One arm came down around YoungSaeng's waist, pulling him close.

YoungSaeng melted completely, kissing him back with just as much passion as the man was giving.  He never wanted this feeling to stop.  He honestly didn't think he could function without him.

"Well, well!" YoungSaeng's mother sang, smile huge as she caught her son and Jungmin making out in the hallway.  "Does this mean that I get my son-in-law now?"

JungMin only stopped kissing him when he heard the younger's mother, pulling back but still keeping his arm around YoungSaeng's waist.  He grinned widely, meeting the mother's gaze.  "With your approval," he said, though the way he held YoungSaeng against him clearly said he wasn't planning on going anywhere, with or without permission.

She smiled and leaned against the doorframe.  "Jungmin Sweetheart, you had my approval when Saengie first brought you here, so welcome to the family," she replied.

The demon's grin widened, eyes crinkling slightly.  "Thank you," he said, really meaning it.  His hand slipped from YoungSaeng's waist to clasp the other's hand, enjoying the contact.  Family...  The word used to mean nothing to him, to be more of a hell than a blessing, but now...  This family, if he could ever really be a part of it, he knew he would be happy.  It was a strange feeling, but one he welcomed.

Some part of him almost pitied his older brother.  Because the other would never know what it felt like to be wanted, and loved.  Perhaps he would have turned out differently had he felt like he was worth something.  Perhaps they both would have turned out differently.  But that wasn't something that could be changed now.

"Umma, can I stay the night?"  He questioned, recalling YoungSaeng's question earlier.  He squeezed the human's hand lightly.

YoungSaeng smiled at the look on Jungmin's face.  From what he understood, family wasn't something he was used to, but he hoped to be able to change that.  Leaning forward, he simply hugged the man, then looked at his mom.  "Please, Umma?"

She laughed at her son, but silently squealed.  "Of course, but no funny business," she teased.

JungMin laughed at that, holding his free hand up in a salute.  "Got it," he replied, chuckling.  Not that he had been planning to do anything like that.  He smiled down at Saeng, wrapping both arms around the other to return the hug.

Releasing him from the hug, JungMin tugged on YoungSaeng's hand, pulling him towards the others room.  "What time do you have to get up for school?"  He questioned, unable to remember.

YoungSaeng laughed as Jungmin led him to his room.  Once inside, he walked over to his dresser and pulled out a pair of sweatpants and a sleeveless shirt.  "Be right back," he said, heading into the bathroom.  Once he was changed, he returned to his room.

"I have to get up at like, six so that I can shower and get ready.  Plus, I need to eat," he replied in answer to Jungmin's question.

JungMin sat down on YoungSaeng's bed with a bounce, watching the human grab a change of clothes and vanish into the bathroom.  Waiting for him, JungMin hummed to himself and drew designs on the bed with one finger.  He didn't play with his fire though, knowing YoungSaeng wouldn't like it.

Looking up as YoungSaeng returned, he grinned.  "Six?  That's pretty early.  How do you even function that early?"  His eyes trailed along the human's exposed arms, before returning to his face.

YoungSaeng took a seat next to Jungmin.  "I don't function that early.  I run almost completely on autopilot," he laughed, before leaning against the demon, resting his head on his shoulder.  "Do you want to change?  You and my dad are about the same size, so I can grab you something to wear, if you want," he offered.

JungMin chuckled.  "That makes sense.  I don't know how ANYONE could be fully awake at that time."  He wrapped one arm around the other's waist without even thinking about it.  "That would probably be a good idea," he laughed.  "I kind of destroyed this shirt, so it probably isn't that comfortable for sleeping anyways."  He tugged on one of his sleeves so YoungSaeng could see the two large rips at the back, thanks to his wings.

Smiling, he stood up and padded out of his room and into his parents' room, only to return with a pair of pajama pants and a t-shirt.  "Is this okay?" YoungSaeng asked, holding out the clothing.

JungMin grinned widely, jumping back to his feet.  "Should be.  Thanks," he said, taking the clothes and going off into the bathroom to put them on.  He came back a minute later with YoungSaeng's father's clothes on, grinning.  "Fits great."

Then he proceeded to tackle YoungSaeng onto the bed, laughing.

YoungSaeng yelped when he was playfully tackled onto the bed, which quickly turned into laughter as he struggled to get out of the grip.

Laughing, the demon wrapped his arms around YoungSaeng to prevent him from escaping, taking advantage of the other's immobility to tickle his side with long fingers.  "You can't escape~," he teased, unable to stop laughing.

"Min!  Min, stop!" he shrieked, unable to stop laughing.  Jungmin was too strong to fight back against.  He hadn't had this much fun in years.

"Why?"  JungMin asked, grinning widely.  "It's fun~!"  The other's laughter was contagious.  "Give me a reason to stop!"  He switched around his grip on the boy's waist so he could attack his sides easier.

"Please~!" he forced out through laughter, eyes begging.

JungMin pouted, finally stopping.  He rolled off of YoungSaeng, dragging the human with him and wrapping his arms firmly around the other's waist.  "Fine~," he pouted at him, hair falling into his eyes.

YoungSaeng took deep breaths, trying to calm down.  Cuddling the man holding him, he sighed contently.

"You're so cute when you're laughing," JungMin said, resting his head against Saeng's.  "And you're so ticklish too!"  He chuckled softly, he ran one hand along the boy's back.  He felt perfectly content, a feeling he had come to associate with being around his younger boyfriend.

"Not cute," YoungSaeng pouted, blowing a puff of air into his face lightly.  He purred as Jungmin ran his hand up and down his back, loving the gentleness he was shown.

"Yes cute,"  JungMin countered, crinkling his nose slightly with a smile when air was blown into his face.  "Oh~, you purr too?"  The demon grinned, continuing the light motion.  "So you're a cat now?" He dipped his head slightly, brushing his lips against YoungSaeng's.

Smirking into the kiss, he released a 'meow', before returning his lips to Jungmin's.

A short laugh escaped from the demon at the meow, soon cut off by YoungSaeng's lips.  Kissing him back, JungMin nipped playfully at the human's lower lip, careful not to catch him with his slightly pointed teeth.  The hand running along his back lifted to play with the tips of the other's hair.

YoungSaeng shivered a bit at the hair playing.  He always loved when people played with his hair.  It was a very relaxing feeling.  Opening his mouth, he allowed Jungmin access.

JungMin deepened the kiss further, pushing his tongue lightly against Saeng's.  The hand at the human's waist played with the hem of his shirt, fingertips brushing lightly against the exposed skin.

A quiet sound, almost like a cross between a sigh and a moan, left him as he felt the fingers touch the flesh at his waist.  Bringing his hands up, YoungSaeng rested one on his shoulder while the other twisted into Jungmin's hair.

Smiling into the kiss, JungMin broke it so they could breathe, kissing the corner of his lips lightly.  His fingers continued to run along YoungSaeng's soft skin, other hand playing with the strands of hair at the nape of his neck.  "Am I really your first boyfriend?"  He murmured, brushing his lips against the edge of the other's jaw.

He nodded.  "Yeah.  I'm not exactly popular," he replied.  "I mean, I have friends and all, but I'm still quiet and shy."  He paused.  "Not really the kind of person one wants to date, I suppose," he chuckled.  Leaning down, YoungSaeng kissed Jungmin lightly.  "You're my first kiss, too," he winked.

JungMin chuckled at that.  "You're the perfect person to date, people are just too idiotic to see it.  Well, their loss.  I'm not giving you up to anyone else."  He kissed Saeng back.  "If anyone ever hurts you, let me know and I'll scare them up a bit for you, alright?"

YoungSeang blushed at the compliment.  "Well, I'm not letting you go, either."  He then laughed.  "Like my Knight in Shining Armor, huh?" he asked.

JungMin snorted at the knight in shining armor idea.  "Please, I'm no Knight.  I'd rather be the fire-breathing dragon.  Anyone messes with you, they get toasted, got it?"  He tapped one finger lightly against the other's nose, grinning.  "I'm a possessive dragon."

"I'm not complaining," he laughed.

Looking over at the alarm clock on the table, he sighed.  "I have to go to sleep soon.  It's already 11."

JungMin pouted slightly, but nodded.  "Alright.  How many more years of school do you have left?"  He questioned, sitting up and adjusting the shirt so there was no exposed skin.  "Seems like a pain."

Releasing another sigh, he adjusted so that he was under the covers, but made sure to leave enough room for Jungmin.  "I'm only a first year, so two more after this."

"Seems like a long time."  JungMin slipped under the covers beside him, wrapping one arm around the human's waist again.  "What are you planning to do after you graduate?"  He questioned, scooting close and kissing YoungSaeng lightly on the lips.

"Sing," he replied, snuggling against his boyfriend once he'd turned the light out.  "It's the one thing that I want to do more than anything."

JungMin chuckled.  "You'll blow them all away, with a voice like that," he said, twining his fingers into the back of Saeng's shirt.  "But I get to hear your songs first, okay?" He smiled, closing his eyes.  It felt nice, just lying here with his new boyfriend.  It was a feeling of acceptance and love he knew he'd never take for granted.

He never did hear Saeng's answer though, breathing evening out as he slipped into sleep.

"Of course you do," he agreed, only to chuckle quietly at the sight of Jungmin fast asleep.  Smiling softly, he brushed his lips against his boyfriend's before curling into the man, following him into slumber.

A sharp beeping noise cut into the fog muddling his mind, JungMin flinching slightly at the harsh sound.  Alarms, he hated alarms.  His grip on the other's waist tightened, kicking at the blankets with one foot as he hid his face in Saeng's shirt, trying to get away from the loud noise.

The ringing alarm pulled YoungSaeng from the best night's sleep he'd ever had, along with the reason for said good night shaking him as he attempted to silence the alarm.  Reaching out blindly, he waved his arm around until it connected with the alarm, shutting it off.

Finally, the obnoxious sound had stopped.  Becoming aware that the body he was wrapped around was moving, JungMin slung one leg over Saeng's to stop it, fingers tightening around the cloth in his grip.  An unintelligent mumble left his lips, probably something along the lines of "stay still", except it really couldn't be understood, especially with his face pressed against YoungSaeng's shirt.

Shifting toward the source of the warmth, YoungSaeng sighed, chuckling tiredly at the mumbling.  Deciding that it would be okay to stay there for five minutes more, he relaxed into the hold Jungmin had on him.

JungMin relaxed again once there was no more sign of movement from his boyfriend, fingers slowly loosening from the death grip they'd had on the human's clothing.  He didn't remove his leg from Saeng's though, enjoying the contact.  He could stay like this all day easily, who in their right minds got up so early anyways?

Opening the door, the woman sighed.  She knew that this would happen, so she laughed and walked into the room to wake her son.

"Saengie Sweetie, it's time to get up," she sang, tugging on his hair lightly.  The whimper and apparent death grip on Jungmin amused her to no end.

The small whimper from his boyfriend made JungMin tighten his grip again, aware that someone else was in the room.  Lifting one hand to swat at the empty air, JungMin sleepily tried to find what had made YoungSaeng tighten his grip, his free arm pulling the boy closer without opening his eyes.

'Oh, this is too cute,' she thought as she watched the protectiveness Jungmin had for her son.  "It's time to get up for school, Baby," she said, gently nudging the pair.  To Jungmin, she said, "Min, you're not helping, you know..."

Slowly the fog in his mind cleared, and he was able to pinpoint exactly who was in the room with them.  Right, school...  Did Saeng have to?  "I know," he mumbled into the younger male's shirt, returning the hand that had been flailing around trying to find the assailant to YoungSaeng's waist.  He was so comfortable, he couldn't remember ever being more comfortable than this.  Reluctantly he opened his eyes and tilted his head to one side, blinking blearily up at the woman hovering over the bed.  Then he turned his gaze to Saeng's face, eyes trailing along the other's features.

"Good morning, Sweetie," she said to Jungmin.  It may have only been a couple months since the two met, but she already considered the rough-around-the-edges demon family.  She was also well aware of how much YoungSaeng adored him.

"Can you help me get him up, please?  I don't care how you do it," she asked, smiling at how adorable he looked in the morning.  She resisted the urge to pinch his cheeks and simply settled for ruffling his already mussed up hair motherly.

JungMin blinked up at her as his hair was messed up, not used to the display of affection.  He was used to being woken up by his brother pushing him right out of bed, or his father shouting when he'd been little.  The gentle attitude he was getting now puzzled him a little, but he nodded sleepily at her request anyways.  "Alright Umma," he murmured tiredly, propping himself up on one elbow so he could look at Saeng.

He could either wake him up nicely with a kiss, or tickle him.  Or both.  Which one would be more effective...

Well, he knew what that answer was.

Leaning in to brush his lips lightly against Saeng's, he smirked sleepily as the hand that had been on the other's waist lifted a little, fingertips tickling the exposed skin.

YoungSaeng, nearly asleep again, purred at the feel of lips on his.  Before he was able to react enough to return the kiss, he squealed loudly at the fingers tickled his side.  Flailing in an attempt to get away, he ended up falling off the bed with a yelp.

Opening his eyes, he looked around, seeing both his boyfriend, and his mother.  Groaning, he just laid there.

JungMin ducked away to avoid being hit by the other's flailing arms, waking up fully when YoungSaeng fell off the bed.  Blinking, he crawled over to the edge and hung over it, arms dangling down as he grinned at YoungSaeng.  "Good morning," he said with a laugh.  He reached out with one arm, fingertips lightly brushing his boyfriend's cheek.  "Just so you know, Umma said she didn't care how I woke you up," he chuckled, smiling tiredly down at the other.

YoungSaeng continued to look around, sleep still clouding his eyes.  Squinting at Jungmin, he blinked, eyes now owlish as his exhausted mind tried to figure out what was going on.

His mother, laughing from the doorway, walked over to her son and knelt down, petting his hair.  "School, Baby," she explained slowly, knowing well how completely out of it he was in the mornings.

JungMin laughed at the look of confusion on YoungSaeng's face, swinging his legs around and slipping off the bed to sit on the floor next to his boyfriend.  "School is weird, making you get up so early," he said, poking the boy's leg with his foot.  "You weren't kidding when you said you don't function in the morning."  He hated getting up, but once he was up, he was up.

His leg twitched in reflex as Jungmin's foot poked him.  Leaning over, he rested his head on Jungmin's shoulder and lifted the demon's arm, placing it around his shoulders as he attempted to hide from his mother.  "Min, wanna stay," he whined.

JungMin laughed, hugging the boy around the shoulders.  "I want you to stay too, silly," he chuckled, playing with the tips of the other's hair absently.  "But you need to go to school.  Now shoo, before I tickle you again."  He leaned over, lips brushing lightly against the shell of Saeng's ear.  "If you're good, I'll take you flying again after school," he murmured.  "You haven't seen anything yet."

Blinking rapidly, YoungSaeng smiled brightly, nodding about flying.  As he attempted to get up, however, his feet got tangled in the sheets, and he fell over with a yelp, right into Jungmin's lap.

His mother laughed loudly before running her hand through his hair again.  "Jungmin honey, I hope you know what you're getting yourself into with my baby.  He's a right klutz in the mornings, and this is him being good."

JungMin blinked, then laughed, wrapping his arms around the boy in his lap.  "Are you kidding?  This is nothing.  Saengie's cute~," he cooed, hugging the human close.  Really, it was a good thing Saeng hardly moved in the morning.  The more movement JungMin felt, the more troublesome he became.  If YoungSaeng had tried to get up by himself, JungMin would have probably squeezed the daylights out of the poor boy.

Adjusting his grip on YoungSaeng, JungMin carefully stood up, holding the boy in his arms.  He walked to a spot away from the bedsheets, then carefully set the human back down, grinning.  "You're never going to hear the end of this when you're actually awake," he chuckled, ruffling his boyfriends hair.

"Sweetie, I doubt he'll even remember it," the woman laughed, watching Jungmin pick up her son and gently place him back on his feet where he couldn't trip over anything.

"Will, too," YoungSaeng muttered before hitting Jungmin lightly.  "And no making fun of me.  I warned you about this last night."  Gathering up his uniform, he staggered into the bathroom to take a shower.

JungMin just laughed as he was hit, blowing the boy a kiss as he staggered away.  "Don't fall asleep in the shower," he called cheerfully.  Looking around, he pouted slightly.  Maybe he should start leaving an extra change of clothes here; he would need to put back on the same clothes as yesterday until he got home.

"Thank you for letting me stay over Umma," he said with a wide grin, looking over at the woman.

Laughing, she walked out of the room, only to return with Jungmin's clothes.  Having woken up early, she took it upon herself to clean them.  "Here you go, Honey.  Nice and clean, and no problem.  If you're still tired, feel free to sleep a bit more, but I have breakfast waiting in the kitchen if you're hungry."

JungMin blinked in surprise, then grinned widely.  "Thank you so much, Umma," he said, startled she had washed his clothes for him.  He was not used to being cared for like this, it was all strange to him.  He took the clothes from her, noticing the fresh jasmine scent right away.  "I think I'll wait for Saeng to come out," he said with a chuckle, looking at the closed bathroom door.  He returned his gaze to her a bit hesitantly.  "It is okay if I call you Umma, is it?"

She smiled brightly. "Of course it is.  You're part of the family, after all," she replied.  "I'll be in the kitchen finishing breakfast."  With that, she walked out of the room.

About five minutes later, YoungSaeng walked back in, uniform pants and tank top on, towel drying his raven hair.  He was definitely more awake then he was before.  Dropping onto the bed, he curled up, but looked like he wasn't gonna fall asleep any time soon.  "Morning, Min."

JungMin propped himself up on his elbows when YoungSaeng reappeared, having laid down at some point.  "Morning," he chuckled, flopping onto his side so he could wrap one arm around his boyfriend.  "Glad to see you didn't drown," he said with a laugh, pulling the boy close.  "Or brain yourself on the counter."

YoungSaeng cuddled against Jungmin.  "You really aren't gonna let me live this down, are you?" he muttered.  Adjusting himself, he brought his lips to Jungmin's before burying his face in his shoulder.

"Not a chance," JungMin laughed, kissing YoungSaeng back.  One hand ran along the other's back slowly, as he listened to his boyfriend's steady heartbeat.  "That was the most amusing waking up ever.  I'll have to stay over here more often," he chuckled, fingers trailing up to twine into Saeng's silky hair.

I'm glad that I could entertain you..." he murmured, sighing in contentment.  "Where's Umma?" he asked.

"She said she'll be in the kitchen finishing breakfast," he replied, reaching down to tilt YoungSaeng's face up, brushing their lips together.  "I'll walk you to school, kay?  And I'll be there when you get out, for sure."  He had a few things he needed to take care of, mainly finding a new place to stay, but he didn't intend to make Saeng wait again.

"If you think Umma's dinners are good, wait til you try her breakfast," he laughed.  Returning the kiss, he smiled.  "Okay."

"Is there carrots in it too?" He questioned, grinning.  Kissing the boy deeper, he pulled him up into a seated position, fingers running through the other's soft hair.  "Lets not keep her waiting then," he chuckled against YoungSaeng's lips, pressing close for a moment before breaking the kiss, standing up and letting his hands slip down the others arms until he was clasping his hands instead.

"No, but I'm sure we have some lying around for you," YoungSaeng smiled.  When Jungmin kissed him, it felt as amazing as it did the first time, and he had a feeling that would never change.  "Yeah, let's go," he muttered, allowing Jungmin to deepen the kiss before he was pulled to his feet, hands taken in Jungmin's larger ones.

JungMin laughed, pulling the younger male out of his room and towards the kitchen.  He swung their joined hands back and forth, somehow amused by how well their hands fit together.  Before they reached the kitchen, he pulled YoungSaeng closer for another quick kiss, obviously unable to keep to himself for too long.  Then he walked into the kitchen, grinning widely and pulling Saeng along.

YoungSaeng laughed into the quick kiss before he was pulled into the kitchen.  He loved Jungmin's random displays of affection.  He sat down at the table and motioned for Jungmin to do the same as his mother brought out the two plates of food.

Heading back into the kitchen after placing the plates in front of them, she walked back out and put a small plate of chopped carrots in front of Jungmin.

JungMin slipped into the seat next to YoungSaeng, bumping their legs under the table playfully.  Despite the early time, once he was awake he was just as high energy as he would have been had he slept in longer.  "Thank you Umma~," he said with a grin when she put the plates down, noting it smelt just as delicious as the other meals he'd had here since meeting YoungSaeng.

When she came back with the carrots, JungMin nearly choked on his own laughter, burying his face in YoungSaeng's shoulder.  "Really~, you didn't have to," he managed to get out, entire body shaking with laughter.

"I don't know how you missed it, but we practically bought stock in carrots with how many you eat," she laughed, watching her son nod rapidly as he took a bite.

JungMin laughed, straightening and grinning widely.  "I'm gonna be the worlds first orange demon," he announced cheerfully, before beginning to eat with energy.  He always loved her cooking, and gave a constant commentary of how good it was whenever he stayed over for meals.  Of course breakfast was no different.

YoungSaeng choked at Jungmin's exclamation.  After the coughing fit passed, he pushed his plate away and dropped his head into his folded arms.  He would never get the image the declaration placed into his head as he practically squeaked in laughter.

JungMin blinked owlishly at YoungSaeng for a moment, chopsticks in his mouth.  Pulling them out, he laughed at the human boy.  "What's wrong, don't want an orange boyfriend?" He questioned, poking the other in the side.  Of course he would think turning orange would be cool; he was probably the only one who would.

Already laughing, YoungSaeng shrieked at the poke, jumping and barely avoiding falling out of his chair.  "Min, you're weird enough as it is without being orange, too."

"But wouldn't it be cool?"  JungMin asked, eyes wide.  "You'd be able to say you're the only one in the world with an orange boyfriend." He wrapped his arm around YoungSaeng's waist, stopping him from falling off his chair.

YoungSaeng's heart leapt at the mention of the word boyfriend.  "Jungmin, I already have the world's most unique boyfriend..."

"Aw~, you're too sweet.  There's unique, and then there's just psychotic."  He laughed and nuzzled his face into YoungSaeng's neck, before picking up the others chopsticks and a piece of food with it.  He rested his chin on YoungSaeng's shoulder, holding the morsel up to the human's lips.  "Say ah~!"

"Well, how about uniquely psychotic, even though I don't believe that you ARE psychotic..."  Without thinking, YoungSaeng opened his mouth wide, allowing Jungmin access.

"Then you've been living in a hole these past few months," JungMin teased with a laugh, slipping the food into YoungSaeng's mouth.  He continued to alternate between feeding Saeng and feeding himself (the carrots were already long gone).  Leaning over he placed a kiss on the corner of Saeng's mouth, smiling.

"I think you're crazy, but never psychotic."  He paused.  "Your brother...he's psychotic.  You're too good a person," YoungSaeng elaborated, smiling and returning the kiss.

"My brother's mental," JungMin agreed.  "And I'm not a good person, but whatever makes you happy."  He snuggled against YoungSaeng, feeding him absently.  After a moment he shifted away so he could push their chairs together, before he could fall off.  Then he settled against his boyfriend again, head against his shoulder and free arm wrapped around his waist.

Accepting the food offered every so often, he rested his head upon Jungmin's.  "That would be you.  I say you're too good because otherwise, you wouldn't be here with me."

JungMin laughed.  "I'm good FOR you, silly.  There's a difference."  He tilted his head slightly, looking up at YoungSaeng's face.  "You're a good person.  But I'm not."  He smiled crookedly at him.

Smiling softly, the woman spoke up.  "I think that you two are good for each other.  Jungmin, if you weren't a good person at heart, you wouldn't be able to care about my son the way you do."

JungMin chuckled, kissing YoungSaeng's temple lightly.  "Alright."  But if he was good, even in the slightest, it was because of Saeng.  He had no real redeeming qualities to speak of.  "I think that's the first thing I've actually done right," he said with a laugh, poking YoungSaeng's side again and pushing more food into the younger's mouth.  "Hurry and eat or you're gonna be late for school~~"

"I never thought I'd ever hear myself say that I'm glad you tried to burn a house down, but I am," YoungSaeng smiled, yelping at the next poke.  "I'm all done.  You pretty much fed me my whole breakfast, Min," he laughed, standing up.

JungMin laughed, standing up and gathering his own empty dishes.  "I can't help it~, it's fun feeding you," he said with a laugh, grinning widely.  "And you know you like it.  Thank you for the breakfast and carrots Umma~!"

"Any time, Sweetie.  You know that," she said as YoungSaeng grabbed his bag from his room.  "And the two of you are already so adorable that it just makes me gush."

JungMin grinned, laughing.  "Saengie's all the adorable I need," he said, before turning around and glomping YoungSaeng as soon as the younger male returned with his bag.  "I'm walking you to school!" He reminded, as though YoungSaeng had somehow forgotten.

YoungSaeng had only just walked out of his room when he was suddenly tackled, finding himself on the floor, Jungmin attached to him.

"I know, Min.  You ready to go??"

JungMin laughed, hugging YoungSaeng tightly before getting off of him, pulling his boyfriend to his feet.  "I'm always ready," he said with a grin, catching YoungSaeng's hand again.  "Lets go!"

Smiling brightly, YoungSaeng dropped his bag and jumped onto Jungmin's back, wrapping his arms around him.  "Min, I don't wanna walk," he play whined, puppy eyes on full.

His mother smiled at the two, enjoying seeing her usually shy and quiet boy so carefree.

A little startled as the younger male jumped onto his back, JungMin regained his balance and laughed, trying to look over his shoulder at YoungSaeng.  "Okay, I'll carry you to school!" He announced cheerfully, bending over to pick up Saeng's bag before wrapping his arms around the other's legs, helping to keep him up.  "Bye Umma!!!"  With that he walked towards the door, emitting a playful neigh.

"See you later, Umma!" he called as they walked out the front door.  Kissing the older man's neck, he chuckled.  "I made out like a bandit!  Boyfriend/transportation!" he joked.

The feeling of lips against the back of his neck sent shivers down the demon's spine.  "So I've been downgraded to steed?" He questioned with a laugh, the thumb on the hand that wasn't holding on to Saeng's bag caressing the leg it held up.  "Does the steed still get a kiss after?" He asked, trying to look back at YoungSaeng and failing because his head didn't turn that far back.

"Who said it was a downgrade?  No one else has such an amazingly awesome boyfriend.  Just me!" he exclaimed, laughing.  At the question, YoungSaeng decided to meet him half way, pressing his lips against Jungmin's.  "Why, of course you do."

JungMin kissed YoungSaeng back as best as he could, feeling that familiar shot of happiness at being called the younger's boyfriend.  "And now you're stuck with me," he said with a laugh into the kiss, nipping YoungSaeng's lower lip slightly before facing forward again; he needed to be able to see where he was walking.  "I wish I could go to class with you," he said with a pout.  "Not to listen, to keep you from being bored out of your mind.  It must be horrible to sit through!"

Smiling, YoungSaeng nuzzled Jungmin's neck.  "I wish you could, too.  It's dull as hell," he confirmed.  "I've actually AP'ed in class before out of sheer boredom," he laughed.

JungMin's eyes widened.  "Oh, I can do that!" He exclaimed with a laugh.  "I can AP and visit you in class!  No one will be able to kick me out then," he said with a grin.  He'd gotten a bit better with Astral Projection, though it was still rather hit-and-miss.  Meaning he'd pop out of his body at the most random things, and then have trouble getting back in.  Or accidentally push himself back into his body when he didn't mean to.

"That'll work," he agreed.  The only thing was where to keep Jungmin's body while he was out of it.  "No doing anything, though.  Like, you can't tickle me or make me squeak like you seem to love doing."

"Why not~?" JungMin asked, pouting.  "It's fun!  Can I annoy the teacher then?  They really need to liven up a bit.  I promise not to set anything important on fire!"  JungMin's theory on what was important or not was rather messed up though, considering he'd set a test on fire last time.

YoungSaeng considered the suggestion.  A few of his teachers DID need to lighten up...  "Only if you follow my definition of important, of course."

"But you consider the weirdest things important," he said with a pout. "Will you even be able to talk to me if I'm there?  If any teacher throws chalk at you I'll push them into the garbage can."  He wasn't at the level yet where he could actually touch objects in spirit form, but he was sure his fickle power would make an exception in that case.

YoungSaeng laughed at the images that put into his head.  "As long as you're close to me, I can mumble back to you.  You're on your own for my music classes, though."

"Better than nothing," JungMin said with a shrug, feeling the movement make YoungSaeng shift on his back slightly.  "And it'll keep you from dying from boredom.  Not today though, I got some things I need to take care of."  He turned down the street YoungSaeng's school was on, humming cheerfully.

Tilting his head, YoungSaeng rested his chin on Jungmin's shoulder in curiosity.  "Oh?  What's up?"

JungMin chuckled.  "Well, for one, I need to make it clear to a certain sibling of mine he isn't to come within ten miles of you ever again.  Then I got my job to sort out, because I usually work through my brother, and there's no way I'm doing that anymore." He made a face.  JungMin hated meeting with the gangs; usually the ones who had the most use for his 'services' were the worst types of gangs you could find.  That was why his brother usually dealt with them; JungMin stayed back and only met them when the higher-ups grew curious about the younger half of the pyrokinetic siblings.  "So I got a bunch of running around to do."

At the mention of his brother, YoungSaeng's hold tightened slightly.  He didn't know why, but even thinking about Jungmin's brother terrified him.  Shaking it off as best he could, YoungSaeng looked concerned.  "You'll be alright, yeah?"

JungMin chuckled softly.  "Of course I'll be alright.  I've managed to keep my head on my shoulders this long, haven't I?"  He could sense the fear that ran through YoungSaeng at the mention of his brother, and promised himself he was never going to let his boyfriend experience that ever again.

Coming to a stop outside Saeng's school, JungMin let go of YoungSaeng's legs.  "Okay, ride's over," he said with a laugh.

Pouting, YoungSaeng slid off the man's back, but didn't break his hold, just moved to stand in front of him.  "I'll see you later, right?" he asked.

JungMin wrapped his arms around YoungSaeng's waist, grinning down at the younger male.  "Definitely," he said in reply.  "I'll be waiting right here as soon as school's over, promise."  Leaning down, he pressed his lips against the other's, enjoying the unique feeling only YoungSaeng could bring to him.

"You'd better.  I kinda sorta really like seeing you either here, or in the choir room," he spilled, returning the kiss, well aware that his friends could see him if they showed up.  He was prepared for the teasing.

JungMin laughed.  "I'll be there, then," he murmured before deepening the kiss, twining one hand into YoungSaeng's soft hair and holding the human boy close, so close he could feel the other's heartbeat against his chest.  He wasn't sure how he'd ever be able to live without YoungSaeng now; he was so much a part of JungMin's life now it was as instinctive as breathing.

Pulling away, as unwilling as he was to do so, YoungSaeng smiled and cuddled into the man's warmth.  As much as he disliked heat, he couldn't get enough of Jungmin's.

JungMin ran his hand along YoungSaeng's back, the other holding his boyfriend to him.  He wanted to just stay here, just forget everything...  Gangs, school, everything...  And just hold YoungSaeng.  But that wasn't going to happen anytime soon.

Finally JungMin released his grip on the younger male's waist, taking a step back with a chuckle.  "Don't let anyone pick on you," he said, brushing his lips lightly against YoungSaeng's again.  "I'll see you after classes."  He ushered YoungSaeng towards the school entrance, grinning widely again.  Even though he didn't want to watch the other go.

Leaning into the kiss, YoungSaeng allowed Jungmin to step away.  "I don't get picked on, I get teased by people who have too much time on their hands," he clarified.    "You'd better, Min, but to be on the safe side, I think I'll wait inside, okay?"

JungMin frowned.  "Well, don't let them be mean to you," he said.  "Or I'll have a nice talk with them."  Which really wouldn't be nice at all.  "Good idea.  Stay safe." He messed up the boys hair with a grin.  "See ya later." He turned and walked off, thinking about all he had to do that day and hoping he could get it done before he was due to meet YoungSaeng after classes.

"I won't," he smiled before whining at the hair ruffling that Jungmin seemed to love doing.  "I swear.  Maybe I'll cut my hair so you can't play with it," YoungSaeng muttered, not at all serious.  Everyone knew how much he loved his hair.

He watched Jungmin walk away before turning back to walk into the building, where he was waylayed and teased mercilessly by his friends.
